This policy explains the technologies used on AthletAI websites and how you control optional analytics.

Our approach
AthletAI uses technology that is necessary to operate, secure, and remember privacy choices. Google Analytics is optional and is not loaded until you choose “Allow analytics.” Refusing analytics does not restrict access to the website or platform.
Technologies used
athletai_consent_v2 — necessary preference cookie used across athletai.org and its subdomains to remember whether analytics is allowed. It expires after 12 months.
_ga and _ga_<container-id> — Google Analytics cookies used to distinguish visits and maintain analytics session state. They are created only after consent and may remain for up to two years unless you withdraw consent or clear browser data.
Cloudflare security technology — form pages use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate requests from abuse. Cloudflare may process limited browser and network signals and may issue a security cookie such as cf_clearance when required by its security configuration. This is used for security, not advertising.
Google consent settings
The initial Google Consent Mode state is denied for analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization, and personalization storage. If you allow analytics, only analytics storage changes to granted. AthletAI does not enable advertising cookies through this interface.
Your choices
“Allow analytics” and “Continue without analytics” are offered at the same level. You can reopen the choice at any time using the small cookie control in the bottom-left corner of this page. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection and attempts to remove AthletAI Google Analytics cookies accessible from the current domain.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics remains off by default. You may still explicitly allow analytics from the privacy choices panel.
